Reporting Errors

When you visit a website, if a link does not work, you are sure to be frustrated. Please, please, please email the website owner. Maybe it was a temporary problem with the website, or maybe it is an error in the html code that needs to be fixed. Websites are impossibly complicated and a web designer may not be able to test all the links.

If you download a design (free or purchased) that is not the format it is supposed to be, or is a different design altogether, email the website owner. If an image does not appear on a page, and all you see is a little box with a red "X" even after refreshing the page, please email the website owner. Be sure to include the URL of the page with the error and describe exactly what you were doing when the error occurred.

If you are visiting a mall, you should contact the mall owner instead of the individual designer. Every website has a "contact us" page or an email address for you to click.

If you see a typo, or if a link takes you to the wrong page, or if you see text about an expired sale, please let the website owner know. We depend on you to help us be the best we can be!
