Stitch Count and Water-Soluble Stabilizer |
|
Do you know that ANY type of stabilizers that are available, either
water-soluble or others, have a recommended stitch count? What does it mean? Basically, it means that to obtain the best possible results a certain amount of stitches per stitch out shouldn’t be exceeded. Any stabilizer you buy should come with specific information on stitch count. If not on the packaging or company website, ask the people to whom you buy the stabilizers from. Next issue: quilts |
